The Leadership Package is an exciting sequence of experiential programmes that take students on a journey of awareness and adventure.

The package has four courses which can be spread over 4 year groups or completed in 1 or 2.  With fantastic activities and progressive learning the programme leads students to greater self-awareness and confidence. 

  

First Steps is a day at school focusing on the fundamental skills of listening and communication. Students carry out problem solving challenges in small teams with guidance from experienced facilitators.

Team Steps finds the students overnight camping within the school grounds. The aim of the course is to explore individual differences and sensitivity to others.  With team tasks, night games, camping and cooking, this challenge helps the students better understand teamwork.

Personal Steps leads the students away from school to complete a 4 day camp exploring self-awareness and self-esteem.  Through adventure challenges, team tasks and bushcraft, the course aims to promote increased self-sufficiency and confidence.

Changing Steps is the final expedition.  A 5 day adventurous-activity programme focusing on dealing with change and team leadership.  With activities like surfing, climbing, abseiling, caving and mountaineering the course is jam-packed with fun and self-development.
