3 / 5 Day Adventure Programmes. Through our Leadership Adventure Programmes, course participants can further their personal development through the challenge of embarking on some exciting adventurous activities. These activities combined with structured feedback and review, create a fantastic environment of learning & self-development. The activities included in our programmes are varied and can be selected to suit your own requirements. They can include:- climbing, abseiling, caving, orienteering, team tasks, canoeing, rafting, surfing, mountaineering, high ropes and bushcraft.
Each course lasts from 3 to 5 days and can be located throughout the UK. You can choose to camp (we supply the tents), stay in self-catered accommodation (for example a hut / log cabin) or stay in a hostel-type facility. All of our programmes are underpinned with education and learning. We encourage clients to select aims and objectives in order to direct the programmes and to give students a tangible goal. Through peer review, self-analysis and facilitation we hope to give the students a fantastic experience with real benefits.
