Take Footsteps run Teambuilding days at school. With exciting tasks, professional instruction and bespoke programmes, you can be sure that our courses will fulfill your requirements and objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to hold a professional teambuilding day at your school for a year group or selected individuals. 

What happens before the course?

We visit your school to discuss specific aims (leadership, communication etc) and help to identify facilities suitable for teambuilding activities (abseil from a building etc). 

What happens during the course? 

An Introduction & Aims with practical information are given to the students to give a basis of good practise and to give the day direction.

Ice Breakers & Energisers are performed to allow the students to relax and shake off the cobwebs.

Challenging Team Tasks of both a physical and cognitive nature are carried out within small groups using an experienced facilitator. Maximum group size is 8. 

The last physical activity might be a Competition.  This might be either a lighthearted potted sports or a group task.  This serves to bring the group back together after operating in smaller teams.

Finally, a Group Review to discuss what was learnt and identify if the aims we set to achieve were met.
